Bravo!!!! We were browsing for a new place to have our traditional Sunday Brunch funday get togethers. I commented on a post on your Facebook page inquiring about your specials. Let's just say we are sold. Our crew began with your phenomenal Ryan and her sunshine. Then moved to the bar and continued our fun with Brittany and Harlen. Their food was top notch and a hidden gem. To many more Sunday fundays. Sorry not sorry.
Update: I went for lunch on Wednesday and sat at the bar. Kara the bartender was so pleasant and helpful. I tried something off their special Lobster Fest menu. I had the Lobster Chowder and the Lobster Croque Monsieur. Both were delicious. Big chunks of lobster in every bite. Their new 7 days a week Brunch menu is amazing. For someone that works weekends, I love that I can get brunch on a Thursday!!!! Food and service was excellent! The menu is impressive. Can’t wait to try everything!!
My girlfriend and I had dinner at Lantern Local Tavern for the first time last Monday. As we walked in we we greeted warmly by staff behind the counter. We were asked if we wanted to eat in the dining room or sit at the bar. We opted for the dining room which was completely renovated from when Pearl's was open. Our server was Shannon who offered excellent service and really made us feel at home. We started with glasses of wine which were part of their happy hour. I ordered the steak tips, mashed potatos, and carrots. The steak was juicy, tender, and was bursting with flavor. The carrots were firm and not overcooked. It was obvious they were fresh. The mashed potatos were nothing short of dreamy. I couldn't have made homemade mashed potatoes any better; they were that good! My girlfriend ordered grilled salmon which had diced tomatos, Kalamata olives, feta, and garlic herbed rice. We finished the meal with more wine and shared a piece of cinnamon toast crunch pie that we can't stop talking about. I had high hopes for The Lantern Local Tavern being an enormous fan of the owner's other restaurant in Lake Worth Beach. We absolutely loved the food, the service, and the cozy atmosphere. I hear they have incredible chicken wings, homemade donuts served during breakfast, and many other items. We are planning our next visit and look forward to trying out other items. We have little doubt that we will love everything on the menu ❤️
We've been here for happy hours and evenings in the past but recently they started doing breakfast on the weekends. Did it a couple times now so I thought I'd share that we had really good breakfasts at the Lantern Local Tavern! Omelettes are a great treat and the matching potatoes have peppers and onions in the skillet. The owners and staff treat you well and it just rounds out an already great place to throughout the week!
Great food, great staff!!!..and the renovations look amazing. front of house staff is very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu, and kitchen staff is on point and on time. we had the pork chop and the meatloaf, also french onion soup (but it was gone so fast I didn't get a picture). Pork chop was cooked perfect and the apple topping was a+. The meatloaf has a ketchup glaze with a lght kick that is delicious....and the french onion soup 👨🍳👄, I was told before hand that it was the best French onion soup and I can confirm this to be true. also.....LARGE PORTIONS AND GOOD PRICES!!
Had the most delicious breakfast at Lantern today. We got the smoked salmon platter, steak and eggs and French toast. The steak was cooked medium rare to perfection. The bagel was so fresh and salmon perfectly smoked and tender. Our server Erin was prompt and friendly. We’ll definitely be back! 10/10

If you have not been lately, then head on over and see the changes!!! Place looks fantastic, really cleaned up and much brighter. The food has greatly improved and new delicious deserts are being added to the menu! Weekly they have entertainment from Bingo, Trivia to just some great football action on TV. Such a great spot , wish it was closer. Inviting & friendly people with a fantastic staff !!!
My friend and I came here on Sunday Morning for brunch. Oh My Goodness Me OH My!!!!! Seriously some of the best food I have had....EVER! We sat at the bar and had the pleasure of being served by Delayne, and absolute doll. I ordered the homemade cornbeef hash which was actually homemade and DEELISH. My friend had the homemade biscuits and gravy which again were actually homemade and enough to serve 4 people. Absolutely phenomenal. We met the new owner, Chad...amazing down to earth guy. He gave us a taste of the shrimp and grits special and we ended up ordering some to go. We will definitely be coming back here for the food, drink and friendliness.
We had a great meal. The food was good and plentiful and Delayne was very attentive. This is a great little local spot, with lots of inventive theme nights and a different experience each night. This was a great find and Chad, the owner, takes great care to make you feel like part of the family.
